P.S. for anyone else that cares, we've got the ball rolling on the music negotiations. It's just a matter of seeing how the label feel about it, and what they want. As far as Ross, Casey, Giti, Sam and Thomas goes, they're excited to be part of this project, since we go back a long time. In fact, I caught up with them around Thanksgiving at Annies and showed them the opening scene with Without You Feels temped in and they really liked what they saw. They were really excited. Hey Powderfinger, nice job!! It's not every day that you piss someone off that bad. As much as I'd like to hear 7M3 songs in a movie, if only 10 people are going to see it, it doesn't really do much for the band.By the way, I'm in the early stages of negotiations, but I'm planning on using some 7M3 songs in my son's science project. Let's all keep our fingers crossed! If all goes as planned, 7M3 will be playing in the 7th grade science class of my son's school. I think this will really help my son's grade and help to promote the band.

I finally figured out why everyone lays little steamers on people who embrace Cumbersome. whenever we play it, someone always says "I love that band" And my response is always" cool,what else you like by them?" and the answer is usually "hey, wanna beer?" But I'm still a cumbersoholic and I dont care who knows it. there i said it. Oh and nice venting, sybil...er Detroit

See I just don't find that shit all that funny. It sounds like canned comedy, you know the guys that are always thinking they are hilarious they say "suck my cock"..and then just start busting up and youre supposed to laugh with them..man, no thanks....but what was funny was the "take your powderfinger out of your ass"...as Larry says "now thats funny stuff right there I don't care who you are..."

GOSH! take your ritalin! what would be really funny would be to take that rant and make a short cartoon out of it - at the end, the guy's head explodes (and "cumbersome" could be "temped in") haha or he could be whacked in the head with a cheater bar - oh and please don't tell my mom i didn't graduate - she will automatically think i spent all that money on drugs and alcohol.....go figure........

I guess my original thoughts on this whole movie thing was I pretty much thought the guy was full of shit because he came on this board asking Sam to contact him about it. You would think that if there was truth to this he would have some phone numbers or at least be able to email sam or steve or someone so until i see it i'm calling bullshit...JMHO
